He is Abū 'Abdis-Salām Ḥassan bin Qāsim bin Muḥammad Ṣaghīr al-Yemeni ar-Raymī ḥafiẓahullāh, graduated from the faculty of Ḥadīth in 1412-1413H of Islamic University of Madīnah and then had a Markaz in Ta'iz, Yemen where he led the prayer, gave the khuṭbah and taught, we ask Allāh to preserve him.
