Q. Your Eminence, may Allāh grant you success: This questioner says, as you are aware —may Allāh preserve you— that two days ago, the Ḥoūthī Rāfiḍah attempted to target the secure city of Makkah Al-Mukarramah with missiles. However, Allāh —Glory be to Him— showed His kindness, and our brave soldiers intercepted the projectile before it could strike its target. He asks: What is your guidance regarding this matter, and what is the duty of Muslims in this regard?
Shaykh Al-ʿAllāmah Ṣāliḥ bin Fawzān Al-Fawzān حفظه الله answered:
We must thank Allāh -The Most High- Who repelled the (recent) plot perpetrated by them (Ḥoūthī Rāfiḍah Shīʿa) against the Masjid Al-Ḥarām and we should supplicate against them, for indeed they are deserving of punishment.
They are not the first people to attack the sacred house, rather the Qarāmiṭah (Qarmatians)1 and likewise the king of Abyssinia (Abrahah Al-Ashram) wanted to destroy the Kaʿbah, but Allāh is Ever-Watchful Over Them. Allāh -The Most High- stated:
﴿ أَلَمْ تَرَ كَيْفَ فَعَلَ رَبُّكَ بِأَصْحَابِ الْفِيلِ ﴾
“Have you (O Muhammad ﷺ) not seen how your Lord dealt with the owners of the Elephant?”
Surah Al-Fil 105:1
This was about the king of Abyssinia who came along with a huge elephant to destroy the Kaʿbah, but Allāh repelled them. Allāh sent them birds in flocks and each bird carried three stones, one in its beak and two in the legs. The birds pelted them with the stones – the stones smashed the skulls of the disbelievers and exited from their anuses up until they perished then and there, and not a single one of them survived.
Allāh said:
﴾ أَلَمْ تَرَ كَيْفَ فَعَلَ رَبُّكَ بِأَصْحَـٰبِ ٱلْفِيلِ ﴿
Have you (O Muhammad ﷺ) not seen how your Lord dealt with the owners of the Elephant? [The Elephant army which came from Yemen under the command of Abrahah intending to destroy the Ka‘bah at Makkah].﴾ أَلَمْ يَجْعَلْ كَيْدَهُمْ فِى تَضْلِيلٍۢ ﴿
Did He not make their plot go astray?﴾ وَأَرْسَلَ عَلَيْهِمْ طَيْرًا أَبَابِيلَ ﴿
And He sent against them birds, in flocks,﴾ تَرْمِيهِم بِحِجَارَةٍۢ مِّن سِجِّيلٍۢ ﴿
Striking them with stones of Sijjīl (baked clay).﴾ فَجَعَلَهُمْ كَعَصْفٍۢ مَّأْكُولٍۭ ﴿
Al-Fil 105:1-5
And He made them like (an empty field of) stalks (of which the corn has been eaten up by cattle).
This year was called the year of the elephant – the year in which the Messenger of Allah ﷺ was born.
Likewise, what did the Qarāmiṭah do? They killed the pilgrims at the sacred house and at ʿArafah.2 They took the black stone to another place they built and called it a Kaʿībah. They placed the black stone in that building and it remained there for more than twenty years until Allāh (willed) that it was to be returned to the Kaʿbah (at Makkah). This act (i.e. attacking the sacred land) is an act of the Shīʿites and the Rāfiḍah. These Shīʿites –the Ḥoūthīs, they are Shīʿites- are upon the way of their forefathers and Allāh is Ever-Watchful over them.

رَدُّ الْعَلَّامَة الْوَالِد: صَالِح الْفَوْزَان عَلَى اعْتِدَاءِ الَحُوثِيِّـين الرَوَافِضِ عَلَى بَلَدِ الله الْحَرَامِ
الـــــسؤال وفيه:
فضيلة الشيخ وفقكم الله هذا سائل يقول تعلمون حفظكم الله ما حدث قبل يومين من قيام الحوثيين الرافضة لاستهداف مكة المكرمة الامنة لكن الله –سبحانه- لَطَف، ثم باستيقاظ جنودنا البواسل قبل إصابته الهدف.
يقول: ما توجيهاتكم حيال ذلك، وما الواجب على المسلمين في هذا الأمر؟
جواب العلامة صالح الفوزان –حفظه الله تعالى- :
( أن نحمد الله -سبحانه وتعالى- أن صرف كيدهم عن المسجد الحرام، وأن ندعوَ عليهم، ندعوَ عليهم وهم مُسْتَحِقُّونَ للعقوبة.
وليسوا هم أول من فعل هذا.
القرامطة ماذا فعلوا بالبيت ؟، وقبلهم [ماذا] أراد ملك الحبشة أن يهدِم الكعبة، لكن الله لهم بالمرصاد، الله –جل وعلا- لهم بالمرصاد. نعم
(أَلَمْ تَرَ كَيْفَ فَعَلَ رَبُّكَ بِأَصْحَابِ الْفِيلِ) :
هذا ملك الحبشة جاء بفيل عظيم ليهدم الكعبة، ولكن الله صدّه، ثم الله –جلَّ وعلا- أرسل عليهم طيرا أبابيل، جماعات –يعني-، وهي الخطاطيف، كل طائر مع ثلاث حجارة، واحدة في منقاره واثنــتين في ِرجْليه، كل رجل فيها حجر، فلما توسَّطَتِ القومَ أمطرتهم بالحجارة، فكان الحجر يَشدَخُ رأس الكافر ويخرُج من دُبُره، حتى أهلكهم الله في مكانهم، لم ينج منهم أحد،
[ أَلَمْ تَرَ كَيْفَ فَعَلَ رَبُّكَ بِأَصْحَابِ الْفِيلِ (1) أَلَمْ يَجْعَلْ كَيْدَهُمْ فِي تَضْلِيلٍ (2) وَأَرْسَلَ عَلَيْهِمْ طَيْرًا أَبَابِيلَ (3) تَرْمِيهِمْ بِحِجَارَةٍ مِنْ سِجِّيلٍ (4) فَجَعَلَهُمْ كَعَصْفٍ مَأْكُولٍ (5) ]
وسُمي هذا العام عام الفيل، وهو العام الذي وُلد فيه رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم، فقد وُلِد في عام الفيل عليه الصلاة والسلام.
والقرامطة كذلك ماذا فعلوا ؟
قتلوا الحُجَّاجَ في المسجد الحرام، وقتلوهم في عرَفة، وحمَلُوا الحجَر الأسودَ إلى كعبة بنوها تسمى “الْكعِيبة” ووضعوه فيها، وبقي هناك أكثر من عشرين سنة، إلى أن ردّه الله إلى الكعبة.
هذا فعل الشيعة والروافض بِحَرَمِ الله -عزّ وجلّ-، [وهؤلاء] شيعة، الحوثـيين شيعة، روافض، فهم على ميراث آبائهم، والله –جلّ وعلا- لهم بالمرصاد. نعم.
