Read and marvel at how they are exposing each other, how they would conspire against Shaykh Yaḥya, and how they instigated the scholars against him1
Abū ʿAbdil-Aʿlā Khālid Al-Miṣrī2 said in his letter to Shaykh Rabīʿ:
“And this is the testimony of Shaykh Nāṣir Zakrī3 about the method of ʿArafāt in plotting against your virtuous self, where he said:
“During the fitnah of Al-Ḥajūrī, I was in touch with ʿArafāt Al-Muḥammadī. On one occasion, while communicating with him, he said, “Regrettably until now Shaykh Rabīʿ has not criticized Al-Ḥajūrī, rather he praises him, speaks good of him and silences those who refute him (Yaḥya Al-Ḥajūrī), even though the deviances of Al-Ḥajūrī are as clear as the sun”.
So I responded “[What’s] the solution O brother ʿArafāt?”
He replied, “It’s a must that Shaykh Rabīʿ disparages Al-Ḥajūrī, for indeed Al-Ḥajūrī is over, he has fallen in the sight of the students of knowledge and only Shaykh Rabīʿ remains now”. And he (ʿArafāt) went on to say, “It’s a must we change the opinion of Shaykh Rabīʿ by using a way whereby you cooperate with me.”
So, I said, “What is this way?”
He said, “You come from Jazan (to Shaykh Rabīʿ’s house in Makkah) and mention the mistakes of Al-Ḥajūrī and likewise what you know from the statements of Shaykh An-Najmī4 and Shaykh Zayd (Al-Madkhalī)5 regarding Al-Ḥajūrī. Likewise I (ʿArafāt) will come from Madinah with some people who will bear witness with matters against Al-Ḥajūrī, and some will come from Jeddah and others from Yemen. [In this manner] we will come one after the other to Shaykh Rabīʿ (complaining against Al-Ḥajūrī) without the Shaykh knowing of our agreement (and cooperation upon this matter)”.
He said to me, “I have given some of the mistakes of Al-Ḥajūrī to Aḥmad Az-Zahrānī6 and he will present them to him (Shaykh Rabīʿ). And in this manner we will be able to change the opinion of Shaykh Rabīʿ regarding Al-Ḥajūrī”.
I also remember asking him, “Are you ‘Al-Barmaki’ who writes regarding the mistakes of Al-Ḥajūrī?” [Upon hearing this] he laughed as though to affirm this, and said, “The most important thing at the moment is that Al-Ḥajūrī be brought down.”
This is what I remember from that time period. And surely the plan of ʿArafāt was successful; Shaykh Rabīʿ was convinced and spoke against Al-Ḥajūrī.7
Allāh knows that we do not agree with Al-Ḥajūrī in what he is upon. Rather, I only mentioned this to show how this person (ʿArafāt) deceives Shaykh Rabīʿ while the Shaykh is not aware.”
Also, in a (WhatsApp) conversation [See image], Shaykh Usāmah Al-ʿAmrī8 sought confirmation from Shaykh Nāṣir Zakri for the following message:
“Shaykh Nāṣir Zakri said, I call Allāh to witness that ʿArafāt said to me, ‘Shaykh Rabīʿ will fall in the eyes of Ahlus-Sunnah – meaning people from (ʿArafāt’s) group in Yemen – if he does not speak against Al-Ḥajūrī after all these evidences that the students of knowledge have gathered against Al-Ḥajūrī9. He (Shaykh Rabīʿ) continues to defend him (Al-Ḥajūrī) and he continues to silence the students of knowledge; he says to them do not speak against him’. By Allāh he (ʿArafāt) said this in a phone call”.
Shaykh Nāṣir Zakri confirmed this to Shaykh Usāmah Al-ʿAmrī saying, “Rather, he (ʿArafāt) said, ‘The brothers are annoyed at the stance of Shaykh Rabīʿ regarding Al-Ḥajūrī’!”.
I (Khālid Al-Miṣrī) said: The evidence is that ʿArafāt and his gang used the same deception to overthrow those they want to overthrow from the Salafis with falsehood!
End of the speech of (Khālid) Al-Miṣrī

Abū ʿĪsā (ʿAlī Al-ʿAfarī) -may Allāh grant him success- said:
I remember that our Shaykh Al-ʿAllāmah Yaḥya bin ʿAlī Al-Ḥajūrī, said in (his) advice to Shaykh Rabīʿ that people will come to you and others will contact you as conspirators, and they will mention to you, “O Shaykh, Al-Ḥajūrī and his students, they did this and did that”, until they extrude a word out of you.
By Allāh, I was astonished by these words, how two Muslims conspired and supported each other – not to mention, students of knowledge, not to mention callers (du’āt), and even more so, from the dakātirah (doctorate graduated from the universities) and from those around whom attention is directed to benefit by way of and benefit from – to incite between the scholars with such deception, craftiness and immorality!
Is this pleasing to Allāh to sow discord between the scholars and the rectifiers?!
What’s the benefit?!
What are the fruits?!
What’s the gain out of it?!
What has Al-Ḥajūrī done to you to connive against him with this conspiracy!
Did you not know the goodness he was upon and educating the Muslims, and students coming to him from all over the world?!
Would it not be better for you to aid him and defend him if your morals were to improve and your integrity were to be elevated? Otherwise, at the least refrain from harming!
Look, Oh students of knowledge, at these scandals and the scandal-mongering
A conspiracy that included lies, plotting, immorality, lowliness, deceit, deception and belittlement. Despite all of this, neither the transmitter repented from slandering the scholar Al-Ḥajūrī, nor the one from whom it was transmitted, nor the last transmitter, the Egyptian, nor Shaykh Rabīʿ, who was aware of ʿArafāt’s plotting against the Salafi Daʿwah from within and from the outside.
And after all of this, what follows is as though the Barmaki fitnah which Al-ʿAdeni ignited did not appear, and we did not see any of that partisanship. The truth, as you can see this and other instances and examples like it are several in their deception, lowliness, and immorality. Praise be to Allāh, who secured the Salafi Daʿwah from their evil and deception.
Our Shaykh is still that eminent scholar and sincere advisor, teaching his brothers and being patient with them, and adhering to the pure Salafi Daʿwah.
No matter how much you plot, Allāh is sufficient for him, and He is the best disposer of affairs. Allāh has shown him his revenge on you, so look at your situation today!

- Note: Before mentioning the personalities, one must know that when the fitnah of ʿAdeni broke out in Yemen, he took the aid of certain individuals in Saudi Arabia to attack the daʿwah in Yemen. This new ḥizb was called ‘Ḥizbul Jadīd’. They would post articles against Shaykh Yaḥyā and the mashayikh of Dammaj on their websites under the pseudonym ‘ʿAbdur-Raḥmān Al-Barmaki’, hence this ḥizb got the title ‘Al-Barāmikah’. With the passage of time, they had internal conflicts and eventually Dr. Muḥammad bin Hādī al-Madkhalī exposed ʿArafāt and his companions, labeling them ‘the Ṣaʿāfiqah’ (meaning merchants without goods). أقرأ وتعجب كيف يتفاضحون بينهم كيف كانوا يتأمرون على الشيخ يحيى وكيف يحرشون العلماء عليها
قال أبو عبد الأعلى خالد المصري في رسالته إلى الشيخ ربيع :
وهذه شهادة الشيخ ناصر زكري حول طريقة عرفات في المكر بفضيلتكم، حيث قال:
“فإنه في أيام فتنة الحجوري كان لي تواصل مع عرفات المحمدي وذات مرة أثناء التواصل معه قال للأسف إلى الآن الشيخ ربيع لم يجرح الحجوري بل يزكيه ويثني عليه ويُسكت من يرد عليه مع أن ضلالات الحجوري واضحة كالشمس فقلت الحل يا أخ عرفات قال لازم الشيخ ربيع يجرح الحجوري، فإن الحجوري خلاص انتهى من أعين طلاب العلم ما بقي إلا الشيخ ربيع، وقال: لازم نغير رأي الشيخ بطريقة تتعاون معي فيها فقلت إيش هي؟
قال: أنت تأتي من جيزان وتقول أخطاء الحجوري، وما تعرفه من أقوال الشيخ النجمي والشيخ زيد في الحجوري، وأنا آتي من المدينة ومعي ناس يشهدون بأشياء ضد الحجوري، وناس من جُدَّة، وناس من اليمن؛ تتوارد على الشيخ ربيع من غير أن يعلم بأننا متفقون.
وقال لي: لقد أعطيت أحمد الزهراني بعض أخطاء الحجوري وهو يعرضها عليه، وبهذه الطريقة نقدر نغير رأي الشيخ ربيع في الحجوري.
وأذكر أنني سألته: هل أنت البرمكي الذي يكتب ملازم في أخطاء الحجوري، فضحك كالمقر، وقال: أهم شيء الآن الحجوري يسقط!
هذا ما أتذكره في تلك الفترة وفعلاً نجحت خطة عرفات، واقتنع الشيخ ربيع في تلك الفترة، وتكلَّم في الحجوري،
ويعلم الله بأننا لسنا موافقين الحجوري على ما هو عليه، وإنما ذكرت ذلك لما يفعله الإنسان من المكر مع الشيخ ربيع وهو لا يعلم”.
وقال الشيخ ناصر زكري في محادثة بينه وبين الشيخ أسامة العمري: “أشهد الله أن عرفات قال لي: “سيسقط الشيخ ربيع من أعين أهل السنة –ويقصد جماعته في اليمن- إذا لم يتكلم في الحجوري بعد هذه الأدلة التي حشدها طلبة العلم على الحجوري، وما زال يدافع عنه ويسكِت طلبة العلم يقول لهم: لا تتكلّموا فيه”، والله قالها في مكالمة هاتفية”.
وقد أقره الشيخ أسامة العمري قائلاً: “نعم، بل وقال: الأخوة مستاءون من موقف الشيخ ربيع من الحجوري!”.
قلت: والشاهد أن عرفات وعصابته استخدموا المكر نفسه؛ لإسقاط مَن يريدون إسقاطه من السلفيين بالباطل! انتهى كلام المصري
قال أبو عيسى _وفقه الله _ :
أذكر أن شيخنا العلامة يحيى بن علي الحجوري قال في نصح للشيخ ربيع يأتيك أناس ويتصل بك آخرون متواطئين فيذكرون لك يا شيخ الحجوري وطلابه فعلوا وفعلوا حتى يخرجوا منك كلمة
وكنت والله أتعجب من هذا الكلام كيف يتواطأ مسلمان ويتجلدان _ فضلا عن طلبة العلم فضلا عن الدعاة بل فضلا عن الدكاترة ومن اتجهت الأنظار إليهم في محيطهم للإفادة والاستفادة _ للتحريش بين العلماء وبهذا المكر والدهاء والفجور!
أهذا يرضي الله أن أحرش بين العلماء والمصلحين؟!
ما الفائدة ؟!
وما الثمرة؟!
وما الغنم في هذا ؟!
ماذا فعل بكم الحجوري لتتآمروا عليه هذا التآمر !
ألم تكونوا تعلمون ما كان عليه من خير وتعليم للمسلمين ويأتيه الطلبة من كل بقاع المعمورة؟!
أليس الأجدر بكم إعانته والذب عنه هذا إن ارتقت بكم أخلاقكم وسمت بكم استقامتكم وإلا فلا أقل من كف الأذى!
انظروا يا طلبة العلم إلى هذه الفضائح والتفاضح
مؤامرة اشتملت على الكذب والمؤامرة والفجور والسفول والمراوغة والمكر والاستخفاف ومع هذا كله فلا الناقل تاب من الطعن في العلامة الحجوري ولا المنقول ولا الناقل الأخير المصري ولا الشيخ ربيع الذي عرف مكر عرفات بالدعوة السلفية في الداخل والخارج
ويأتي بعد هذا كله أن الفتنة البرمكية التي أشعلها العدني لم تظهر ولم نر شيئا من تلك الحزبية والحق كما ترى هذا ومثيلاتها ونظائرها كثير على مكرهم وسفولهم وفجورهم والحمد لله الذي سلم الدعوة السلفية من شرهم ومكرهم
فلا زال شيخنا هو ذلك العالم الجليل والناصح الأمين يعلم إخوانه ويصبرهم وقائم بدعوة سلفية زكية
فمهما مكرتم فالله حسبه ونعم الوكيل وقد أراه الله ثأره فيكم فانظروا إلى حالكم اليوم !
