Not all refutations upon truth are suitable for dissemination; From them are those that may cause confusion if they are opened up by other than the seniors and are general, leading to misunderstandings and exploitation by those lurking for ulterior motives.
We do not shy away from refutations, but presenting them to the people of insight before publishing them is a means of safety and from the comprehension of consequences. Jurisprudence of consequences is from the types of complex jurisprudence, which is concerned with considering the consequences of words and actions before undertaking them.

فقه الردود ومآلاتها
ليست كلّ ردود الحق يُحسن نشرها؛ فمنها ما يُحدث بلبلةً إذا استُفتحت من غير الأكابر، وكانت عامة، فيساء فهمها، ويستغلّها المتربصون لأغراض خفية.
فلسنا نزهد في الرد، ولكنّ عرضه على أهل البصيرة قبل نشره، هو من سبل السلامة، ومن فقه المآلات. وفقه المآلات هو أحد أنواع الفقه الدقيق، الذي يُعنى بالنظر في عواقب الأقوال والأفعال قبل الإقدام عليها.
